If you’re a new customer moving into a property with one of our existing alarms, the simplest way to ensure your protection is to arrange a takeover visit. During this visit, one of our qualified engineers will inspect the alarm system thoroughly.
A takeover visit typically includes:
If your alarm goes off, you will be contacted by our alarm receiving centre as the homeowner.
You will be notified via a phone call and also receive a notification to your smartphone.
You can also nominate additional keyholders in the event you are unavailable.
If multiple sensors are activated, our alarm receiving centre have a direct link to your local police force who can despatch the closest officers available (subject to a one-off police registration fee).
A panic button can also be added to your security system to protect you in the event of an emergency situation that also initiates a police response.

If you have a confirmed activation we'll contact the police directly on your behalf who can then respond to your emergency.
As part of our service, we will inspect your alarm twice a year, making sure everything is in working order. Any problems due to wear and tear we will come and fix it free of charge.
